- There are 2 broad categories of personal data that we process:
- User Data: which is information collected and generated about End Users' interactions with AI agents and AI digital humans using our Platform.
- Subscriber Data: which is information we collect about current and prospective subscribers.
- This Privacy Notice is focused on our processing of User Data.
User Data we may collect
- Audio from an End User: We may collect audio of what an End User is saying to an AI agent or AI digital human.
- Transcripts of the conversation: We may collect text transcripts of what an End User has said to an AI agent or AI digital human.
- Video data of an End User: We may collect video of an End User interacting with an AI digital human.
- IP addresses of End Users: We collect IP addresses of End Users who have interacted with AI agents or AI digital humans.
How we use User Data
- We use User Data to:
- Enable AI agents and AI digital humans to understand an End User: We use audio data so that AI agents and AI digital humans can understand what an End User is saying to them.
- Enable AI digital humans to behave appropriately: We use video data to allow AI digital humans to behave more intelligently.
- Troubleshoot problems with the Platform: We may inspect conversation transcripts or audit logs if we are investigating a problem with our Platform.
- We do not share or sell User Data to anyone unless we have consent, a legal requirement to do so, or are acting on lawful instructions from a subscriber.
Where we process data
- Platform locations: We maintain Platform instances in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Germany, and the USA.
- Data transfers: When we share data with a service provider, data can be transferred to another country. In all cases we put safeguards in place.
- Transfers outside Saudi Arabia: Data transfers outside the Kingdom are conducted in compliance with PDPL requirements.
- Free trialists: All free trials of our Services are provided using our Platform instance in Bahrain, Germany, and the USA.
How we keep it secure
